COD4 & WINDOWS 11

Hey everyone! Hope you all are well. I recently upgraded to windows11 and my cod4 multiplayer doesnt work. I've tried re-installing and you name it, no dice. Anyone else have these issues? The single player loads, the multiplayer does not at all. At a loss here..

You may have already tried this, but have you tried running in compatibility mode? I've had limited success with that in the past.

IT companies are advising against using Windows 11. We just had to remove it from our nephew's laptop because it practically bricked it. When the IT professionals are avoiding it... it a big clue.

thanks for the replies! i guess when i moved to win 11 it reset some things. i've had this before when switching computers but forgot about it.
there is a known stereo mixer audio bug. system changes resets it to off, which prevents mp from starting. so i did get it working...so you're still going to have to deal with me unfortunately!
