Harassment of players in server...

There's been complaints about ESC members and non members harassing non english speaking players in the server.   I will post the rules again HERE.   If you find it difficult to play with people who speak a different language, then we ask you refrain from harassing them since that is one of our rules.  This will not be tolerated.
