Ok..I lied..it's not mine, but it's easy and delish!

Martha Stewart's Hot Fudge Recipe

(Blatantly lifted by Betty_Boop)

1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (don't skimp, and don't use pre-whipped cream)

1/3 Cup light Caro syrup (plus more or less as you like the consistency)

12 oz Dark Bittersweet chocolate, chopped finely (the thinner the better for melting)

In a saucepan, whisk heavy cream and the corn syrup. Stir to combine, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, and add chocolate. If too thick, add a small amount of corn syrup to get a smooth consistency. If chunks of chocolate remain, heat only enough to melt completely.

Devour immediately. Will last three days if properly refrigerated (as if it will last that long).

Plus postage, how much would I have to pay to have you make it for me? You said heat until the chunks of chocolate are melted.......which means "burn it" in my house......and it would NOT last 3 days here!
